1. How long will I receive the license code after the purchase?
Once your order has been validated, our system will automatically send the license code to your e-mail immediately. If you did not receive it on time, it may have been tagged as spam or it’s because of the delay of Internet of system glitches.

2. Retrieve the license code if you’re encountering one of the following problems:
A: You already purchased the program, but didn’t receive the license code.
B: The license code becomes invalid after you purchased the software.
C: The license code of the product you purchased is lost.
